Mystery Solved!
The bridge photo on this page seemed to generate a flurry of interest from a few of our site's visitors.   This beautiful night time photo of the Oakland Bay Bridge was taken from a vantage point on Treasure Island at about halfway up the the hill and around midnight.  The camera is facing southwesterly towards San Francisco as the bridge continues towards The Embarcadero and the Financial District between Mission and Brannan streets--with the Triangle Building appearing on the far right. This photo is used with liberal permission and was taken by Charles Guerin--a pianist for Blue Gardenia Jazztet who, at an earlier time, was a professional photographer living and working in San Francisco.
